Top of the table clashes in flag football

A pair of top-of-the-table clashes are the feature of the upcoming round of matches in the Cayman Islands Flag Football Association’s Men’s and Women’s Premier Leagues.
On Monday, 22 August, the top men’s and women’s teams take to The Annex. First up is HSM Vipers against Guinness Lady Sharks in the Women’s Premier League. Going into this round of fixtures, Vipers hold a three-point lead over Lady Sharks, who have played one less game. By the time the two meet at 7:00 p.m. Monday, Lady Sharks might have made up ground as they play bottom-of-the-table Anytime Fitness Wolverines on Saturday.
Also on Monday, in the Men’s Premier League, table topping Island Heritage Predators take on Maples Knights, who are tied for second with BK Panthers on nine points, three points back of Predators. BK Panthers will hope to be ahead of Maples Knights before the Monday night game. On Saturday, Panthers take on newcomers PWC, who are win-less and at the bottom of the standings.
