Cayman Prep, CIS lead the way in high school leagues

Cayman Prep and Cayman International School maintained their positions atop the DART High School U13 Boys and U14 Girls High School Leagues with wins last week, as play resumed following the midterm break.
On Wednesday 1 November, Cayman International School ‘Blue’ won for the fourth time in as many games, beating Clifton Hunter High School 5-3. Cayman Prep ‘United’ moved up the standings to second place and remained undefeated with a 6-1 over St. Ignatius, while John Gray High School, beat Triple C 3-2.
The game between CIS ‘White’ and Cayman Prep ‘City’ was postponed due to a scheduling conflict with a school event.
In the boys’ league on Thursday, Cayman Prep remained unbeaten and maintained their table-topping position with a 2-1 result against Clifton Hunter High School. JGHS Sevens downed St Ignatius 6-2, while CIS blanked JGHS Eights 3-0 and Triple C held off Cayman Academy 2-1 to remain the second unbeaten in the league.
