Law enforcement teams raise funds for Special Olympics

On Saturday 2 June, the four Law Enforcement Agencies of the Cayman Islands along with two corporate bodies participated in the Kirkland Nixon Memorial Fire Truck Pull to raise funds for the Special Olympics Cayman Islands Athletes.
According to organisers, a large number of Special Olympics Athletes as well as members of the public, gathered to watch the competition. Each team participating in the event had one Special Olympics Athlete pulling with them.
The competition ended with the Cayman Islands Fire Service taking home the winning trophy in the Law Enforcement competition and Cayman Islands CrossFit team winning in the corporate section.
